Analysis & Design
Every project always begins with a thorough analysis of the customer’s needs,
aiming to design functional solutions perfectly aligned with the requirements
provided. During the analysis and design process, all aspects of the product are
evaluated, including design and engineering, prototyping, graphic
customization, and branding.
Prototyping
The analysis and design phase is always followed by product prototyping: a
crucial step to concretely test the packaging before mass production, ensuring
maximum quality and functionality. Thanks to the Digital Cutting AOL and UV
printing technology, we can create prototypes that fully reproduce the final
product, both in terms of engineering and graphics.
Refinement
With prototypes in hand, our team collaborates with the client to carefully
examine every feature of the product and plan any necessary corrective actions
aimed at refining and optimizing it before moving on to the production phase.
Manufacturing
The production of the final product is carried out using cutting-edge machinery
and certified quality raw materials. Our extensive machinery park covers most
of the technologies applicable in our field (offset printing, lamination, mounting,
die cutting, folding, and gluing), giving our company the flexibility to meet any
type of request. During all stages of production, our team of specialists
conducts accurate sample checks to ensure a flawless final result.
