Production
We produce sustainably, equipping our machinery with color mixing systems for
all printing processes.
This solution allows the regeneration of color waste,
eliminating the environmental impact it would otherwise have. In our company,
no machinery is connected to wastewater systems.
Renewable Energy
The energy we use in the company comes from renewable sources, thanks to a
large photovoltaic system that almost entirely covers the energy needs of
production. This significantly reduces the environmental impact of high
electricity consumption.
Ventilation System
We have installed an advanced ventilation system that ensures a healthier work
environment for our employees, improving air quality and reducing the buildup
of pollutants.

To recover waste from the production of bio-compostable
plastic shoppers, we have acquired a plastic regenerator
that transforms waste into plastic granules. These granules
are then converted into bio-compostable plastic rolls using
an extruder. The regenerator and extruder enable the
production waste of plastic and biodegradable materials to
approach zero, while also recycling all the plastic that
enters the company as pallet protection packaging.

We have obtained important certifications in the field of sustainability, demonstrating our commitment to the environment and social responsibility. The TÜV certification attests that our business processes meet rigorous standards for quality, safety, and environmental sustainability. The COMIECO certification acknowledges our commitment to recovering and recycling paper- and cardboard based packaging, actively supporting the paper recycling cycle in Italy. Additionally, we have obtained the Cerved ESG rating, which evaluates and certifies our environmental, social, and governance performance, confirming our commitment to integrated sustainability across all operational areas.

The “Bio Leaves Circuit” invites clients who wish to participate to make
responsible and ethical choices in respect of the environment and future
generations.
Migliore for Social Good
We are passionately committed to social causes because we strongly believe in the value of solidarity and community support. Over the past two years, we have collaborated with the Galilei Campailla Art High School in Modica on a project aimed at promoting workplace inclusion for students with disabilities. This initiative led to the creation of “The Smile Packaging,” a solidarity-based production line whose proceeds are donated to the Piccoli Fratelli association in Modica.
